Confidentiality, in writing.
Every expert accepts this before their profile can be published. It is short on purpose: an undertaking nobody reads protects nobody. Clients can read it too — that is rather the point.

What is confidential
Everything a client tells you, shows you or sends you — before, during and after a call. Their situation, their documents, their business, their money, their health, their family. The fact that they booked you at all is confidential too.
You don’t repeat it
Not to a colleague, not to a friend, not to another client. Not in a post, a talk, a case study, a screenshot or a portfolio. Not anonymised, not “with a few details changed”. If you want to use something from a session, ask the client in writing first and accept no for an answer.
Nothing is recorded
ExpertsGlobe does not record calls. Neither do you — no audio, no video, no screen capture — unless the client has clearly agreed on the call. Notes are for your own preparation: kept privately, never shared, and deleted once you no longer need them.
You don’t take the work off the platform
A client is free to work with you wherever they like. What you undertake is not to use contact details learned in a session to move that same piece of work off ExpertsGlobe, or to approach them about it outside the platform unless they ask you to.
Keep it, then delete it
Hold only what the session actually needs, and delete a client’s material when the work is done or when they ask. The documents you upload to us — diplomas, licences — sit in a private store, are read only by our review team, are never published, and are deleted when you leave or on request.
The two exceptions
You may disclose where the law requires it, or where there is a serious and immediate risk to someone’s life or safety. Both are narrow. If you are unsure which one you are in, write to us before you say anything to anyone.
If you break it
Your profile comes off the site and your account ends. We tell the client what happened and refund the sessions affected. This undertaking sits alongside the law and any professional duty you already have — it does not replace either.
You are bound by the wording you accepted, and we store which version that was. If we ever change it, you will be asked to read the new one before you can publish again. Questions: hello@expertsglobe.com.
